RULES OF CONDUCT AND EXTRAS:
- No smoking inside the studio flat
- Respect the rules of civil behavior
- Use remote controls with caution: breaking them will result in compensation equal to their value
- Keep the air conditioner on only in your presence
- Breakfast service on request €7.00 per person for dessert and €8.00 for savory (from 8 to 9.30)
- On request, use of the kitchenette with a supplement of €10.00 per day per studio flat
- Small-medium size pets €8.00 per day (not bookable in July and August)
- Weekly change of bed linen and towels: supplement of €12 on request
- Laundry service with pre-treatment € 15.00
- Check-out by 9.30 on the day of departure, if unable to give advance notice
